Lead Pastor
Pastor Christian Cole is the lead pastor of Liberty Worship Center, where he serves alongside his wife, Gisell, and their three children. With a deep commitment to both local and global ministry, Pastor Christian is wholeheartedly dedicated to seeing lives transformed by the gospel and welcoming people from all walks of life into the life-changing power of Jesus.
Before coming to Liberty Worship Center, Pastor Christian’s journey took him to El Salvador, where he served as a missionary for three years. There, he saw firsthand how God’s love can break down barriers, heal hearts, and bring hope in the most unexpected places. That experience fueled his lifelong passion for reaching people—both near and far—with the message of Jesus’ love and redemption.
After his time in El Salvador, Pastor Christian served for seven years in Boston, where he had the joy of helping build a vibrant, community-focused church.
Now, at Liberty Worship Center, Pastor Christian’s heart beats for the region, longing to see a fresh move of God’s Spirit that brings revival to every heart, home, and neighborhood. He is passionate about preaching the Word of God with clarity and authenticity, creating an environment where everyone can encounter Jesus and be transformed by His love. His greatest joy comes from helping people take their next steps in faith, equipping them to live out the gospel in every part of their lives.
Alongside Gisell, Pastor Christian is excited about what God has in store for the future of Liberty Worship Center. Together, they are committed to seeing lives impacted by the gospel and creating a community where everyone is invited to experience the love and power of Jesus.

Carrie Lowe
Worship / Women's Ministry
Carrie Lowe is a dynamic leader with a deep commitment to worship and the transformative presence of God. With over 25 years of ministry experience, Carrie has dedicated herself to leading others into powerful encounters with God. For 14 years, she has been an integral part of LWC's youth ministry, and for 12 years, she has inspired and led the congregation in worship, creating spaces where people of all ages can experience the life-changing power of God.
Originally from Waynesboro, PA, Carrie moved to Fairfield in 2004 after marrying her husband, Curt. Together, they have two daughters and share a strong desire to build a legacy of faith that impacts their family and the community.
Carrie’s approach to worship is about much more than music—it’s about guiding people into life-altering moments with God. Whether she’s leading worship, ministering to women, or investing in the lives of people across generations, Carrie’s heart is to see others grow spiritually and step into the fullness of who God created them to be. She believes that worship is a lifestyle, one marked by surrender, authenticity, and deep love for others.
Driven by a heart to serve and a desire to see people thrive in their faith, Carrie equips and encourages others to live boldly, walk in freedom, and share the hope of Christ with the world. Through her leadership, she continues to inspire growth, foster connection, and build a thriving community of believers who are committed to making an eternal impact for the Kingdom of God.

With over 40 years of ministry, Pastor Jeff Walter is a gifted leader and teacher whose heart is to make God’s Word come alive in a way that is both clear and compelling. His deep desire is to see every person understand Scripture in a way that transforms their life and draws them closer to the heart of God.
For more than 13 years, Pastor Jeff led Liberty Worship Center with unwavering faith and vision, guiding the church through seasons of incredible growth, breakthrough, and Kingdom impact. Under his leadership, ministries were birthed, lives were radically changed, and countless powerful moments of salvation and healing marked our church’s journey. A key highlight of his time at Liberty was hosting powerful ministers like Pastor Todd Smith, where God moved mightily, and many experienced the life-changing power of Jesus in profound ways.
Pastor Jeff’s obedience to God’s calling and his relentless heart for people have left an unforgettable legacy on Liberty Worship Center. Through his visionary leadership, the church not only expanded in size, but more importantly, many souls were brought into the Kingdom of God.

Church Administrator
Chelsea Konietzko serves as the Church Administrator at Liberty Worship Center. She brings a love for organizational excellence and a heart for ministry, helping keep the behind-the-scenes details running smoothly so the church can focus on what matters most- sharing the love of Jesus.
Chelsea has lived in the Fairfield area for over 20 years with her husband, Rich, and their 3 children. She joined the LWC staff in 2025, bringing experience in financial management, administrative operations, and customer service. Her professionalism, discretion, and genuine care allow her to effectively support the pastoral team, church leadership, staff, and congregation. In addition to her professional background, Chelsea spent many years raising her children at home, a season that developed patience, compassion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with grace. This experience continues to shape her approach to ministry, relationships, and service within the church.
Chelsea is passionate about stewardship, teamwork, and honoring God through faithful service. Her strong work ethic and commitment to integrity make her a valued member of the leadership team and an essential part of the daily operations at Liberty Worship Center.

Kathyrn White is a faithful and impactful member of the volunteer staff at Liberty Worship Center. With a heart formed through years of missionary service with Youth With a Mission, she carries a deep passion for seeing lives transformed by Jesus. As a teacher at Freedom Christian School in Gettysburg, she pours into the next generation with wisdom, compassion, and purpose. At Liberty Worship Center, Kathyrn serves selflessly across many areas of ministry, always ready to help wherever there is a need, strengthening the church through her humility, dedication, and love for God’s people.
Heather Walter
Abundant Grace / Social Media
Heather Walter is the leader of Abundant Grace, an outreach ministry dedicated to serving the community of Fairfield and the greater Adams County region. With a deep compassion for people and a passion to see lives strengthened, Heather leads Abundant Grace in meeting practical needs and creating meaningful opportunities for connection through community events. Her desire is to see individuals and families experience hope, dignity, and support in tangible ways. Through Abundant Grace, Heather is committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus, extending kindness, generosity, and love to the community she calls home.
