Lead Pastor
Pastor Christian Cole is the lead pastor of Liberty Worship Center, where he serves alongside his wife, Gisell, and their three children. With a deep commitment to both local and global ministry, Pastor Christian is wholeheartedly dedicated to seeing lives transformed by the gospel and welcoming people from all walks of life into the life-changing power of Jesus.
Before coming to Liberty Worship Center, Pastor Christian’s journey took him to El Salvador, where he served as a missionary for three years. There, he saw firsthand how God’s love can break down barriers, heal hearts, and bring hope in the most unexpected places. That experience fueled his lifelong passion for reaching people—both near and far—with the message of Jesus’ love and redemption.
After his time in El Salvador, Pastor Christian served for seven years in Boston, where he had the joy of helping build a vibrant, community-focused church.
Now, at Liberty Worship Center, Pastor Christian’s heart beats for the region, longing to see a fresh move of God’s Spirit that brings revival to every heart, home, and neighborhood. He is passionate about preaching the Word of God with clarity and authenticity, creating an environment where everyone can encounter Jesus and be transformed by His love. His greatest joy comes from helping people take their next steps in faith, equipping them to live out the gospel in every part of their lives.
Alongside Gisell, Pastor Christian is excited about what God has in store for the future of Liberty Worship Center. Together, they are committed to seeing lives impacted by the gospel and creating a community where everyone is invited to experience the love and power of Jesus.

Carrie Lowe
Family Care Pastor
Carrie serves as the Family Care Pastor at Liberty Worship Center, where she is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with God, find meaningful connection, and experience the love of Christ. With more than 25 years of ministry experience, she has dedicated her life to serving others and helping people navigate every season of life with faith and hope.
After faithfully leading worship at LWC for 15 years, Carrie now focuses on caring for individuals and families through discipleship, encouragement, and pastoral support. She also leads the Women's Ministry, investing in and equipping women to grow in their faith and walk boldly in their God given purpose.
Originally from Chambersburg, PA, she moved to Fairfield in 2004 after marrying her husband, Curt. Together, they have two daughters and share a passion for building a lasting legacy of faith.
Carrie's heart is to see people experience God's presence, grow spiritually, and discover the purpose He has for their lives. Through compassionate leadership and genuine care, she helps cultivate a thriving church family where people can belong, grow, and flourish.

Teaching Pastor
With over 40 years of ministry, Pastor Jeff Walter is a gifted leader and teacher whose heart is to make God’s Word come alive in a way that is both clear and compelling. His deep desire is to see every person understand Scripture in a way that transforms their life and draws them closer to the heart of God.
For more than 13 years, Pastor Jeff led Liberty Worship Center with unwavering faith and vision, guiding the church through seasons of incredible growth, breakthrough, and Kingdom impact. Under his leadership, ministries were birthed, lives were radically changed, and countless powerful moments of salvation and healing marked our church’s journey. A key highlight of his time at Liberty was hosting powerful ministers like Pastor Todd Smith, where God moved mightily, and many experienced the life-changing power of Jesus in profound ways.
Pastor Jeff’s obedience to God’s calling and his relentless heart for people have left an unforgettable legacy on Liberty Worship Center. Through his visionary leadership, the church not only expanded in size, but more importantly, many souls were brought into the Kingdom of God.

Sarah Johnson
Worship Leader
Sarah serves as the Worship Leader at Liberty Worship Center, where she loves helping people encounter God through worship that is genuine and focused on Jesus. She loves leading people into God's presence and helping them respond to Him in real and meaningful ways.
Born and raised in Gettysburg, PA, Sarah now lives in the Fairfield area with her husband and son. She is a graduate of Penn State University, where she led worship with Victory Christian Fellowship on campus. She has also served as a youth worship leader and has been involved in worship ministry for more than 7 years.
Sarah sees worship as more than music, its a way of life. She brings both passion and professionalism to what she does, with a deep desire to honor God by giving her best in every part of ministry. Her heart is to glorify God through worship and to point people to Jesus, encouraging them to live out their faith in real, everyday ways.

Abundant Grace Blessing Pantry
Joshua and Heather Walter faithfully serve Liberty Worship Center by leading the Youth Ministry and Abundant Grace Blessing Pantry, an outreach dedicated to serving the community of Fairfield, and the greater Adams County region. Their shared heart for people and passion for ministry allows them to impact both the next generation and families in our community in meaningful ways.
In the Youth Ministry, they work side by side to create a welcoming and Christ-centered environment where students can grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and learn what it means to follow Jesus in their everyday lives. Through teaching, mentoring, events, and personal connection, they invest deeply in the lives of students, encouraging them, praying for them, and walking alongside them during some of the most formative years of life.
In addition to their work with the youth, they also lead the Abundant Grace Blessing Pantry, helping provide food and support to individuals and families in need. Their desire is to see people experience hope, dignity, and support in tangible ways. Through this ministry, they serve the community with compassion and generosity, striving to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the place they call home.
Joshua and Heather have been together for 26 years and are blessed with two children, Kamdyn and Kristopher, as well as 3 grandsons. Family time is something they both deeply treasure, and they love being involved in their church and helping wherever they are needed.
Joshua serves the community as a Lieutenant in the fire department and also runs a local family landscaping business with his son, Kristopher. When he isn't working or serving, he enjoys spending as much time as possible in the woods hunting. Heather is the heart of their home, serving as a cheer coach at Fairfield High School, and founder of the Abundant Grace Blessing Pantry. She also cherishes every opportunity to spend time with her family. Joshua and Heather's dedication, teamwork, and servant-hearted leadership make a lasting impact on Liberty Worship Center and the communities they serve.

Church Administrator
Chelsea Konietzko serves as the Church Administrator at Liberty Worship Center. She brings a love for organizational excellence and a heart for ministry, helping keep the behind-the-scenes details running smoothly so the church can focus on what matters most- sharing the love of Jesus.
Chelsea has lived in the Fairfield area for over 20 years with her husband, Rich, and their 3 children. She joined the LWC staff in 2025, bringing experience in financial management, administrative operations, and customer service. Her professionalism, discretion, and genuine care allow her to effectively support the pastoral team, church leadership, staff, and congregation. In addition to her professional background, Chelsea spent many years raising her children at home, a season that developed patience, compassion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with grace. This experience continues to shape her approach to ministry, relationships, and service within the church.
